Can I try a class for free?
Yes. Please come to any of the scheduled classes to try it out!
When can I start?
Anytime! At your first class, please arrive about 10 minutes early to sign in. The class managers will help get you ready.
How much does a class cost?

How often should I exercise?
If you are new to exercise, begin with 2-3 classes a week and gradually add classes. To increase your fitness level, work out 4-5 times per week.
How many calories will I burn?
You'll burn up to 500 calories in a 60-minute Jazzercise class!
What are the instructor's credentials?
All Jazzercise instructors must pass an intensive certification program, which includes a written exam in Physiology and a teaching audition. They are also CPR certified and participate in continuing education programs through Jazzercise, Inc.
May I bring drinks and food to a class?
We recommend Jazzercisers bring a non-breakable water bottle with a lid to class. Prevent accidents and spillage by keeping drinks out of the way of other Jazzercisers. No food or gum, please.
Do I need weights?
Weights are optional for new customers. We recommend you familiarize yourself with the basic exercises and techniques before using light (3-5lb.) weights.
Do I need special clothes or equipment?
Any loose, comfortable clothes are fine. Most people wear bike shorts or jazz pants and a bra top or T-shirt. Bring along a towel or exercise mat for the floor work. Good, rubber-soled aerobic shoes are recommended.
Is there an age limit?
No, all ages are welcome. For children, it is usually 12 and up and must attend with a parent/guardian. For specific information, please feel free to email your questions to sonjajazz@hotmail.com
